JOHN
HART
John Hart spent over 25 years in radio as an on air personality and as a programmer. Early career years were spent in Mcaon, GA with WDEN and going to school. John was part of the team that put Macon's first competitive FM on the air.
Joining Colonial Broadcasting in 1983 as part of the team that put WUSY-FM ( US-101 ) on the air in Chattanooga, TN. In 1984 Hart became Program Director of US-101 and was on air as the “Afternoon Guy” / “Happy Hour with John Hart” for the next several years. In 1988 Hart was promoted to Corporate Program Director for Colonial overseeing the programming of the company’s Country outlets, moving to the Colonial Corporate offices in Montgomery, AL and the flagship stations WLWI-FM & AM. Returning WLWI-FM to number one in the market and developing WLWI-AM into one of the first all sports outlets.
In 1991 Hart accepted the position of Program Director at Beasley Broadcast Groups WXTU-FM in Philadelphia, PA. “Philadelphia’s Country Station” He and his team built the station to Top 5 rankings which was unheard of for Country in the Top 5 Markets.
In 1996 John made the move to Nashville, TN with the idea of starting a business based on music research and research consulting to radio stations and record companies in the Country format. That was the beginning of Hart Media. In 1997 Hart founded "Bullseye Marketing Research" with a focus on National Callout research and developing a client base in all formats for custom local callout. Harts comment, "I felt that if it didn’t work out I could go back to active radio programming, not a bad life and I love radio"
Bullseye Marketing Research, Inc. now conducts Callout and music research for many of Americas leading radio stations in all formats as well as most major record companies. Bullseye conducts “Callout America” the National research Country product for Radio and Records trade publication.
CHUCK
DEES
Chuck Dees began his 27-year broadcast career at KKJO/St Joseph, MO while attending Northwest Missouri State University. Upon graduation in May 1978, Chuck joined McDonald Broadcastings WKCQ/Saginaw as afternoon host and began his association with country radio.
In1980 Chuck moved to Kansas City and worked for Chip Osborne at KJLA. 1981 saw Chuck moving frequencies to 94.1 KCKN. The station was preparing for the re-launch with a new set of call letters as "Continuous Country" 94 KFKF.
At KFKF, as APD Chuck began a working relationship with WAPE's Hoyle Dempsey, Mark Driscoll, and Kent Burkhart. Burkhart/Abrams approached Chuck to begin traveling as a "turn-around specialist" with various stations in the B/A client group. A consulting career began in 1986 with the signing of WVEZ/Louisville. That career moved to a position of associate consultant for Burkhart/Douglas in 1992 and flourished with clients in both small and medium markets doing A/C, Country, News/Talk, Urban, Oldies, and setting up in-station callout research. In 1998 Chuck wanted a new challenge and made the move to Bullseye Marketing Research/Nashville.

LEE WALKER
John
Lee Walker is the Founder and President of Media Specialists.
Mr. Walker has been in the radio and television industries
for over 20 years as a researcher, a programmer and
a talent. Mr. Walker served at some of America's best
stations, including KIIS-FM in Los Angeles, WMJZ-Miami,
KTKT -Tucson, KYNO-Fresno and WTIX-New Orleans. He won
the Research Groups coveted "long sword" programmer
award, twice. His forte' has always been research. In
fact, as a principal at Marketing/Research Partners,
Inc. (MRPI) Walker invented new research methodologies
and techniques that are now standard operating procedure
for the Internet generation.
CAYCE B. LEON
Cayce was born and raised in the steel city of Pittsburgh, PA. She learned a philosophy commonly used in sports management and reiterated by Charlie Daniels... ‘You just go and lay your hand on a Pittsburgh Steelers' fan and I think you're gonna finally understand’…goals, teamwork, motivation and dedication are her personal formula for achievement.
Cayce has applied that recipe for success throughout her career. She spent 10+ years with Perry Printing in Hilton Head Island, SC as a CSR manager and account executive. After living at the beach for 14 years, she decided it was time to move back to city life and pursue her love for art and music. Cayce took a part-time position with Citadel/Charleston, SC and one month later she was full-time working her way up the corporate ladder as EEO Administrator, NTR/Internet Sales Director and Director of Marketing and Promotions for 8 stations. Her passion for music marketing led her to Nashville and her current position as Operations Manager for Bullseye Marketing Research where she oversees the core operations and creative marketing campaigns.
Cayce recently designed her first book jacket for Two Plus Two Publishing. She currently volunteers for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, American Cancer Society and Nashville Humane Association and her ultimate dream is to drive a zamboni!
BOB PETERS
Bob was born and raised in Upstate New York. He entered the military at age 17, and worked in such jobs as Personnel Management, Supply, worked extensively with “The Army Maintenance Management System”, and ended his 16-year military career in 1992 as a Recruiter.
After leaving the Military, Bob went to work for The Prudential Insurance as an Insurance Agent and later joined Sunrise Promotions in Erie, PA as a Concert Promoter and Fund Raiser for Non Profit Organizations. He then opened his own Concert Promotion Business.
A few years later, Bob relocated to Nashville in pursuit of a career in the Music Business. He began at Bullseye as a Media Researcher and after a period of 3 years was promoted to Call Center Manager. Bob has a unique style of Leadership that he has brought to the Bullseye Team and lives by the philosophy that “ To Predict the Future – Create It.”
Bob is a singer/songwriter and rhythm guitarist. Since coming to Nashville, he has recorded a country CD and is currently working on a gospel project.

KENNY LERMA
Kenny Lerma joined Bullseye Marketing and Research in May 2006 as the Research Services Coordinator. Kenny Lerma processes Callout data for radio clients and develops graphic delivery systems including FLASH, HTML, PHP and Vector Artwork. Clients have included Universal Music Group, Sony BMG and Lyric Street Records.
He is a Partner in a Murfreesboro Screen Printing Company and records Various Artists in his home studio.
Kenny came from Edmond, OK and
moved to Murfreesboro, TN in 1998. He earned a B.S. Degree in The Recording Industry
in 2003. Also, he earned a 2001 World Championship medal to complete his long history in Marching Percussion.
Currently, Kenny is actively finishing the second story of his house as a home studio and lives by the words "If you're not too lazy, you can do anything".
DOODLE WAYNE HART
Doodle joined Bullseye in January of 2004 and is a devoted Bullseye employee. He has a pedigree in Music Research as well as extensive training in pickin’ the hits! Doodle typically brings his friends, Mr. Bean, Hedgey, and Mini Hedgey to work with him.
In Doodle’s leisure, he enjoys giving of his time to help fundraise for the Nashville Humane Association. He recently took 2nd place in the Rover Run.
Doodle loves walks, naps, and playtime. He’s always ready for a hug and a cookie. Don’t dare show attention to anyone but him because he’s a bit jealous with his humans.
His favorite foods include chicken, cookies, feet, and pretty much whatever else he can get his paws on.
